AMERICANS Air Duct Cleaning Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides air duct and HVAC cleaning services to residents in Shawnee, KS, and surrounding areas, including Lake Quivira, Edwardsville, Lenexa, and Muncie. By using our services, you (“customer” or “user”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance

3. User Responsibilities
Users must ensure that:
- The service area is accessible and free from obstructions on the scheduled date of service.
- Pets are secured away from the work area.
- All payment information is up to date and accurate.

4. Scheduling & Cancellation
Appointments can be scheduled by contacting us directly. We require a minimum of 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee, determined at our discretion.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and checks. All pricing will be disclosed prior to service, and any changes must be approved by the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMERICANS Air Duct Cleaning Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:

- Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMERICANS Air Duct Cleaning Services, its contractors, and its licensees, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Service
- Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service
9. Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or related to the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Shawnee, KS.
